And a little about me…

I became an ADHD coach because I have seen first hand how challenging it can seem to make achievements and be successful with ADHD/ADHD traits.  There's the experience of overwhelm, difficulty focusing, procrastination and lack of motivation which often leads to burn out.  Yup, I'm aware of it all!

Early in my career as a Licensed Psychotherapist, I learned about ADHD and had the opportunity to work with many ADHDers.  I loved working with them and found myself relating to many of their struggles!  This led me to deeply study ADHD where I came across various ADHD coaching techniques/the field of ADHD Coaching.  Around the same time, I developed an interest in yoga, which eventually led me to become a Yoga Instructor.  

While working with my therapy clients I noticed that in order for them to truly thrive, I needed to incorporate ADHD coaching tools and yoga techniques.  By the way, these same tools were beneficial to me, as well!

As someone who has worked with many ADHDers and struggled with ADHD challenges, I found the perfect recipe for success. The combination of practical ADHD tools with Yoga/mindfulness while taking into consideration the challenges associated with ADHD created many success stories. As a result, I began Holistic ADHD Coaching so I could specifically focus on ADHD coaching for success with a yoga/mindfulness twist.
